By accessing, booking or using any Digicloak service, you agree to these Terms.

Digicloak provides technology-enabled luggage storage and mobile charging facilities at various authorised locations across India, including Railway stations, Airports, Bus terminals, Shopping malls, Tourist destinations, Commercial establishments, and other authorised premises. Availability of services may vary by location.
2. Services
Digicloak may provide:
- Digital luggage/storage lockers
- Mobile phone charging facilities
- Digital booking and payment services
- QR-code/OTP-based locker access
- Receipts and booking confirmations
- Other related passenger convenience services
Pricing, locker size, availability, usage duration and other conditions may vary by location.
3. Booking
A customer may book a locker or other Digicloak service through the available digital interface or at the relevant facility. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and generation of a valid booking/reference number, QR code, OTP or other confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during booking.
4. Locker Access
Customers must retain their:
- Booking reference
- QR code
- OTP / PIN
- Access credentials and receipt
Customers must not knowingly share access credentials with unauthorised persons.
5. Permitted Use of Lockers
Lockers may be used only for lawful personal belongings and other items permitted by the applicable facility.
6. Customer Responsibility for Stored Property
The customer is responsible for ensuring that belongings are properly placed inside the locker and that the locker is correctly closed and secured. Customers should verify that the locker is locked before leaving the facility.
7. Prohibited or Dangerous Items
If prohibited, dangerous or unlawful material is found or reasonably suspected, Digicloak may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and may cooperate with police, security agencies, railway authorities, airport authorities or other competent authorities.
8. Locker Overstay
Customers must collect their belongings within the booked period. Where belongings remain in the locker beyond the booked period, additional charges may apply according to the rates displayed at the relevant facility.
9. Mobile Charging Services
Digicloak may provide charging sockets, charging cables, USB ports, Type-C ports or other charging facilities depending on the location. Customers must use the charging facility only for compatible devices and must not tamper with equipment.
10. Device and Property Responsibility
Customers should not leave valuable devices unattended longer than necessary while using a charging facility. Digicloak will take reasonable measures to maintain security and operation.
11. Payments
Applicable prices will be displayed before payment. Prices may vary depending on location, locker size, duration, service type, and applicable taxes. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers or card networks.
12. Failed Transactions and Refunds
If a transaction fails but the customer's account is debited, Digicloak will verify the transaction with the relevant payment service provider. After proper verification, Digicloak will initiate the eligible refund within 7 days.
13. Cancellation
Cancellation rights and refund eligibility may vary depending on the particular service and location. The applicable cancellation conditions will be displayed where applicable.
14. Service Availability
Digicloak aims to maintain continuous availability of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in cases of technical failure, power failure, network outages, or force majeure events.
15. Third-Party Premises
Digicloak facilities operate at premises owned, controlled or managed by third parties, including railway stations, airports, malls, and bus terminals. Customers must also comply with the rules and security requirements applicable at the host premises.
16. Security and CCTV
Where permitted and available at a particular location, CCTV or other security systems may operate around Digicloak facilities for security, safety, fraud prevention and incident investigation.

18. Fraud and Misuse
Digicloak may suspend, restrict or terminate access where it reasonably believes a user has used fraudulent payment methods, tampered with equipment, or violated applicable law.
19. Intellectual Property
The Digicloak name, logo, trademarks, website, software, graphics, designs, and systems are owned by or licensed to Chargein Kiosk Private Limited.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digicloak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use its services.
21. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to take away or restrict statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law, including Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules.
22. Privacy
Use of Digicloak services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts/authorities having jurisdiction at Ahmedabad, Gujarat may have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these Terms.
24. Changes to Terms
Digicloak may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
